I am making a goal to be a better blogger. When Maddix turns a year I want to make a book out of my blog posts. Looking back at how terrible I have been, I might not have much to put in a book.

It is so fun to look back at all our fun memories.
Here is what we have been up to:
Trevor has been CRAZY busy with paramedic school and clinicals. Last week he racked in 84 hours total... Whew it makes me tired just typing it. I am so proud of him and can't wait for graduation in July.
I am CRAZY busy with my photography business and loving every moment.
Maddix... My baby boy is almost 1 year. July 6th will be here in just a few weeks. I have been party planning since he was born. I can't wait for his party!
Race for the Cure.
This is a McGinty family tradition that I really enjoy being a part of. You can't help but get that lump in your throat when you see the swarms of people all there to honor someone they love who has recovered or lost their battle to breast cancer. If you haven't been a part of this. You should.
Just when we got started Trev sprained his ankle. Too bad he couldn't have shown off his super sweet getup.
BOWLING.
I Literally am the worst bowler known to man. I love to try, but I fail miserably. Madd loved it!

Poor Maddix had this horrible rash, ear infection, sore throat and a high fever. Apparently this is a common baby illness. It is so sad to see your baby so sick.

If we want to see Trev this is where we need to go. South Salt Lake Fire Department is his new home. I have to say, it has been a hard adjustment. We miss him so much. Getting used to him sleeping away from us for two nights a week has definetly been different.

He LOVES shoes. The problem is... he loves mismatched shoes. He has to be wearing them all day.
Jogging with Jess.
About once a month my good friend Jessica and I take our baby boys up Provo Canyon and try to get a little jog in. We usually end up carrying them half way back. I love this time to be with my gal pal:) Thanks Jess... I love it.
A day at the Farm.
I LOVE to visit with my gram and gramps. There is no better way to just relax and enjoy the open space. Maddix loved the 4-wheeler, his first sucker and playing in the dirt.

Abbie, I love when you update. You guys are too stinkin' cute. Trev graduates in JULY? That's soon! Hooray! (I'm sure it still feels far away, but hopefully it will be here before you know it). I'm sending you an email about newborn pics.....watch for it. :)
Trev will already be done when I get there which gives us even more of a reason to party. I hope you're ready because I know I am. Maybe I will bring my blog book with me to give you some helpful tips because it can be alot of work with all the editing & what not. So glad you posted something new & so much. Isn't it refreshing? Of course it is. Nice work, Abbs. Also I can't believe Maddix is almost one. Has it really been a year since I saw you last in the hospital. An entire year, wow. And I never even got to hold him cuz I was kind of sniffling. We will definately need to catch up, have lunch, party, gossip, etc. Love ya! Di
