My mom shared this quote with me today and I just had to share it with all of you. As each day passes with my little family I feel more blessed and more content with just "BEING" with being a mom, a daughter, sister, wife, friend. I so enjoy the simple things in life. Laying in bed with my baby in the early morning hours, reading him books, cuddling and quietly singing his favorite songs (he loves me to sing to him, I hope he never realizes my voice is terrible). I look foreword to each evening when Trevor gets home. It is in those few hours that we enjoy each others company, we have our nightly routine now: Dinner, bath maddix, read books, play with him and then cuddle him to bed . We then have our time together that we can re-cap our day, talk and just be together.
Halloween was so fun this year. I had a few costumes for Maddix and rotated them for each party. Below are a few pictures of our "Fall fun"

Looks like so much FUN! And the costumes are all great. I miss the fall, the leaves all the colors. I did hear it's snowed there already & I don't miss that. Ck out my blog to see my new family pics. Our new friend is really good. I think you will love his style.

Love his little costumes...and even more that he had more than one!! You and Trevor look so cute all dressed up too...and wow, quite impressed with Trevor's Elvis costume! Nice.
maddix has the most amazing eyes!!! i just saw the post about trevor and the fire department. congrats! that is wonderful.
I can't believe how big he is getting we need to get together again soon before he grows up too fast. You guys looked great!!!
