On Tuesday night my mom and I flew to L.A. so surprise my sister Andee for her birthday. A few months ago I was thinking of how much I missed my sister and what we could to for her on her birthday to make her feel more at home, even though she was in California. So a surprise visit was the verdict. I planned it all out with her husband Heath. Tuesday night he drove her to a new restraunt by the airport for dinner and as they were headed home he made his way to pick us up. It worked out perfect and we Tims girls actually pulled off a surprise and didn't spill the beans. If you know us sisters it is hard to keep a secret from each other. We had such a fun trip. Thursday we went to a taping of the Ellen DeGeneres show. Her guests were Collin Ferrel, Toni Braxton,Joe Biden and Julie Louis-Dreyfus. It was such a blast they have you dancing the entire time,by the end of the taping we were all worn out from our little workout. We also spent a lot of time in thrift shops finding the best hand me downs ever. We have our tradition of hitting up every little cupcake store that we can find. For some reason L.A. is full of them and they have the yummiest cupcakes. What a fun girls trip. Happy Birthday Ann! I love you...

How much fun! I have been wanting to take a girls trip to Hollywood for ages! I think it would be SO fun! And I can't even imagine the "goods" you found while shopping! Andee is still as beautiful as ever.
Where exactly does she live down there? I just had one of my friends Mikelle and her hubby move down there, while he goes to dental school. I know they live close to Hollywood. Maybe they could be in the same wad? Mikelle said her boundaries are HUGE since there are not a lot of members around that particular area.

First of all, how fun! Second, you lucked out when you went to Ellen. Talk about a good show! Has it aired yet? I want to see Abs dancing! When can you go to lunch again? That was so fun!
