Ranatad

On Monday Trevor joined about 50 other cyclists to ride the annual Ranatad ride. It starts at Sundance resort, they then head down Provo canyon through the southern end of Utah County up the long steep road to the top of Payson canyon down the back end and through Nephi they then back track and the route ends back up at Sundance. The entire ride was about 165 miles and 11,000 feet of climbing. I am getting winded just writing about it!!! This is his training for the Logan to Jackson race in September. As of Monday he hadn't rode more than 50 miles in one day so to go that much further was a great accomplishment. Good Job Trev your crazy but I love you....

that's awesome for trevor! I would LOVE to be able to walk down the hall without feeling lightheaded, let alone be in a bike race!

This is funny because Matt just told me two days ago that he wants to do that ride from Logan to Jackson... He started road biking a few months ago and he loves it. We were just in bear lake and he did the loop around the lake that was 50 miles. That's the most he had done in a day. On the 23rd he's doing a 100 mile one in Panguitch... crazy boys!! Tell Trevor congrats, that is awesome!
